Membership Terms and Conditions

  1. Program Overview

KASPAKE (“Program”) is a membership program which is operated and managed by Ambition Investment Ltd

By participating in the Program, you agree that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and are bound by them.


It is understood that any of your personal data which has been collected for the purpose of enabling you to benefit from the program and use its Mobile application has been done in compliance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 2017 and as per our Privacy Policy which is readily available on our website.


‍Offers redeemable once and are subject to availability. Ambition Investment Ltd takes no responsibility for any products, services, or promotions that are discontinued, sold out or temporarily be unavailable.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of Mauritius.


  1. Joining the program

In order to join the program, you need to purchase a yearly membership following which an activation code will be sent to you by  email. The code must be activated within the next 48 hours and the membership will then be valid for one year. Should you fail to activate the code within the 2 Days period or if you encounter any issues to activate your code, please send us an email at support@kaspake.mu

Offers and pricing are subject to change from time to time.

  1. Membership to the Program

Kas Pake is valid for 12 months and must be renewed annually with payment of the applicable annual fee. Membership can be revoked by Ambition Investment Ltd at any time, in its sole discretion and without compensation, for any reason including but not limited to: abuse or breach of any of the Terms and Conditions of the Program, any actions deemed by Ambition Investment Ltd to be contrary to Ambition Investment Ltd, the Program or the interests of its Members or partners or in the case of fraud or misuse.

Ambition Investment Ltd assumes no liability whatsoever, including without limitation, liability for any expense, loss, cost, injury, damage, accident or any other matter or thing whatsoever, however suffered or caused (including compensatory, incidental, indirect, special, punitive, consequential or exemplary damages or damages for loss of income or profits), directly or indirectly arising out of or related to the Program or by reason of the termination of or amendment to the Program in whole or in part, the value or availability of Offers, or the addition or deletion of Offers, Participating Merchants or other features with or without notice.

Neither Ambition Investment Ltd nor its respective officers, agents, employees and related bodies corporate shall be responsible for any failure of the kaspake.mu or the kaspake app for any problems or technical malfunction of a telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail, online or Internet entry, technical problems, traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to any computer or property related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any material relating to the Program. Kaspake reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Program should a virus, bug or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Entertainment corrupt the security or proper administration of the Program.

Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or app or to undermine the legitimate operation of the Program is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Ambition Investment Ltd reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.


4 Renewing Membership

At the completion of the membership period, Members will be invited to pay for a new membership period. Members who do not pay their renewal fee by the due date will not be able to access Offers.

  1. Marketing, Promotions and Personal Information

By enrolling in the Program, Members will be automatically enrolled into and consent to, receiving marketing communications.

It is the responsibility of the member to send us an email to opt-out of receiving email communications or by selecting unsubscribe on the email footers. Members are responsible for keeping the information in their account up to date including by not limited to their name, e-mail address, mobile phone number and date of birth.

  1. Membership Offers

Offers are only available at Participating Merchants. Offers are for personal use only, and cannot be assigned, traded or otherwise transferred in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Program.

  1. Termination, Changes and Breach

Ambition Investment Ltd may change these Terms and Conditions, any aspect of the Program including redemption procedures or any Offers in any respect, all without notice.‍

  1. General

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Ambition Investment Ltd regarding your participation in the Program, your entitlement to redeem Offers of the Program and supersede all previous versions. Except as expressly contained in these Terms and Conditions, there are no conditions, representations, warranties, express or implied, statutory or otherwise.


  1. Changes to these Terms and Conditions

Ambition Investment Ltd reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where Ambition Investment Ltd changes these Terms and Conditions, or any Offers under the Program, an updated copy of these Terms and Conditions will be available on the kaspake.mu website. Members should regularly check for updates to the Terms and Conditions.
